After some 7 years, I had my taste again of Tapsilog. In this instance with Bangus instead of Tapa. Yum. And to satisfy my sweet fix, ordered a cassava cake. Even yummier. My daughters were wondering what those circles were in my wife’s drink. Kids, that’s ‘sago’. Ah yes, Sago! Yum.
